Piffion Character Designs
The concept of these designs are a griffin-like creature that is a pigeon rather than an eagle. For the other half of the Piffion it was decided to go with the deer concept instead of the bobcat. I think that the deer worked out perfectly for the final desired character, the derpy-ness of the pigeon mixed with the skittish qualities found in deer made the Piffion seem convincing and believable.

Lycan-Changeling Character Design Concepts
These Character Deigns were a lot of fun to do. I was really unsure what direction I was wanting to go with these characters, but in the end I think each design came out really cool. The concept of these designs were a werewolf mixed with a fairy. It is also specified that there is a certain type of fairy that was intended for these designs, which is a changing. This type of fairy is able to change its appearance. Adding in the werewolf/lycan aspect to the character was a little of a challenge because this is a type of creature that also transforms. So I took the fun route and made them into the lycan form. Style wise I was inspired by the layering and accessorizing aspect of Harajuku street fashion. I really love all the colors and trinkets that make up the style, and each outfit is so unique. I thought by using inspiration here I would get a fun and modern twist on creatures these creatures.
Bots and Flora: Fractal Tree Tubes Prop Design
As someone who loves plants and all the wonderful things they can bring to life, I was very excited to have the opportunity to bring a plant of my own design to life, for this project to help add to the came concept Bots and Flora. A lot of the inspiration for the final design was pulled from a flowered succulent as well as the draping seen in the leaves of a weeping willow tree.

Satellite Prop Design
As far a satellites go, I feel that they’re usually not super interesting to look at. Generally they are pretty utilitarian, which makes sense because of how much time they spend in space. For this design however I wanted to find a more attractive looking spacecraft. Some of these designs are a little more tame, but I wanted to show a range when it came to overall choices of direction for the project.
